50% of Adults Have Experienced an Increase in their Stress Levels

Over half of adults have experienced increased stress and anxiety levels due to a work and family life imbalance according to new research.
A survey taken by 2000 men and women showed that a third of people found that work entered their mind the minute they woke up and half said that work had an impact on their personal relationships and some people said it affected their health.
The average person now has six and a half hours sleep and spends under 20 minutes preparing their meals in the weekdays the report found.
The study which was created by the food firm Tilda demonstrated that people admitted to not eating the right amounts of fruit and vegetables and nearly a third felt that they were unable to change their work-life balance.
Camilla Sheeley from Tilda said it was “worrying” that a third of the adults surveyed felt that they needed high sugar and caffeinated drinks to get through the day.
