Our client suffered a back injury at work and she felt she deserved compensation. Michael Lewin’s team of workplace accident solicitors were able to get her £2400.00.

Mrs W from Worcestershire had been trying to pull a gate at work open when she felt a sharp pain in her back. The gate was hanging off its hinges and had been in need of repair for some time.

The gate should have been repaired by the employer. Mrs W felt that her employers had failed in their duty of care to provide a safe work environment by allowing the gate to remain unrepaired and causing a problem to safety.
