Families of Victims Killed by Dangerous Dogs are Calling for Dog Owners to Receive More Pet Education

The families of Jade Anderson and John Paul Massey have taken a petition to Downing Street demanding preventative action.
Jade Anderson 14 was killed in March at her friend’s house near Wigan after being mauled by four dogs John Paul Massey 4 died after being attacked by a pit bull terrier in Liverpool in 2009.
The families of the two victims went to London and handed over 4500 signatures which outlined that they want education for dog owners and preventative measures.
David Heath the Environmental minister has said a new bill that has been proposed will tackle irresponsible dog owners.
The new bill the going through Parliament that will replace the Dangerous Dogs Act is The Anti-social Behaviour Crime and Policing Bill.
