Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust Ranked Worst In NHS Staff Survey
Further to our previous article surrounding the 2013 NHS Staff Survey Report (see http://goo.gl/aENkjX) the results for one of Yorkshire’s NHS Trusts has been ranked as worst in the Country.
The report found that Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust was in the lowest 20% for staff satisfaction and motivation across all of the NHS Trusts.
The report concluded that 27% of staff had experienced bullying harassment or abuse from colleagues against the national average of 23% detailed in the national report.
Furthermore 44% of staff in the Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust stated that they were suffering with work related stress whereas the national average in the report stated that 39% of NHS staff nationally are suffering with work related stress.
The Trust have promised to look into the findings of the report.
