delayed flight compensation

Flight delay compensation, or to give it its full EU Law name – Regulation (EC) No 261/2004, provides airline passengers the legal right to claim compensation if their flight is delayed, cancelled, rerouted or they have missed a connection.

Air passengers are now legally entitled to claim if they reach their destination more than three hours after the scheduled arrival time.

To claim compensation for your flight, you must be departing from or arriving at an EU airport or be travelling on board an EU airline (if in doubt, get in touch with us).

Through us, you can easily claim between €250 and €600 (approx £185-£440) flight compensation per passenger. The amount of actual compensation is fixed in law depending on how long your delay was and how far you were traveling.

Claiming is as simple as A, B, C …
