Under Processed Morrison’s Chicken Fast Lane Hot Helicopters Happy Shopper Metal Biscuits and Dangerous Beko Ovens

Morrison’s are asking for their Carvery Roast Chicken Back
Supermarket giant Morrison’s have taken their Carvery Roast Chicken and Stuffing off the shelves and are asking customers to bring them straight back.
The chicken has had to be recalled because some of the meat may have been under processed and could cause food poisoning.
The recall affects chicken that’s use by date is between the 7th and 9th of July.
It was 100g and cost £2.00.
Morrison’s have requested that people who have bought the chicken have to bring it back to the store and they will receive a full refund.
Radio Remote Control Helicopters Pose Fire Risk.
Fast Lane Radio-Control Giant Helicopters are being recalled by Toy R Us after they found that the rechargeable battery might get too hot overheats and could catch on fire.
Toys R Us have asked customers to stop using the remote control helicopters because of the burn risk.
The makers of the remote control helicopter have told customers to take the helicopters back to their nearest Toys R Us store for a full refund.
Biscuits with metal chips
Happy shopper have had to stop selling their Plain Chocolate Digestives 200g have had to take their biscuits out of shops because there may be small metal fragments in them.
The maker of the biscuit Happy Shopper were informed that there may be metal fragments left in their food.
The packets affected have the code ‘Best Before 07 Dec 13’.
The manufacturers are asking customers to return the biscuits to the shop they bought them from to get a full refund.
Cookers are at Risk of Giving you Carbon Monoxide Poisoning
Beko Leisure & Flavel Gas Cookers have a warning issued about them by the manufacturer Beko after it was found that if instructions weren’t followed precisely the machines could produce dangerous levels of carbon monoxide.
The models of cookers which are affected are those with a separate oven and grill.
The recall only affects those models which serial numbers begin with
03 04 05 06 07 08
These have all been made before 2009.
The manufacturer offered these instructions on the Trading Standards website
‘WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IF YOU OWN ONE OF THESE COOKERS
1. FOLLOW THE PRODUCT INSTRUCTION MANUAL AND DO NOT OPERATE THE GRILL WITH THE GRILL DOOR CLOSED
When the grill burner is on the grill door must always be in the open position.
2. ARRANGE FOR A FREE SAFETY INSPECTION AND MODIFICATION
