Lee trained at two of the leading personal injury firms in the North West handling predominately clinical negligence and high value personal injury claims on behalf of union members and military personnel.
Lee has over 10 years of experience, acting on behalf of patients and their families. He advises on any case involving medical treatment.
Prior to joining Michael Lewin, Lee ran a successful medico-legal consultancy for four years providing advice and assistance to law firms throughout the UK for which he won Entrepreneur of the Year at the JCI Manchester Awards in 2012.
Lee specialises in medical law and handles cases varying in value and complexity. Lee has successfully dealt with cases including:
- Anaesthetic awareness resulting in Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
- Delays in diagnosis of Cauda Equina Syndrome
- Cases involving the death of children following negligent medical treatment
- Obstetric and neonatal negligence resulting in cerebral palsy and Erb’s Palsy
In addition, Lee is instructed by military personnel who have sustained a personal injury arising out of negligence by the Ministry of Defence (including claims involving the delay in diagnosis of PTSD following deployment).
