Ross has handled claims ranging from those of a catastrophic nature to those of more modest value, with the cases crossing the broad spectrum of the PI field. He has detailed knowledge of the Scottish courts process, being a regular litigator in both the Court Of Session and the Sheriff Courts. Ross was the lead solicitor in the breakthrough medical negligence case of McLelland v Greater Glasgow Health Board (2001) SLT 446 (clarifying the law on “wrongful birth” and parental rights”).
